தீன் தயாள் ஸ்பார்ஷ் திட்டம் DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA

பள்ளி செல்லும் குழந்தைகள் நலனுக்காகவும், தபால்தலை சேகரிப்போர் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிக்கவும், மத்திய அரசு 03.11.2017 அன்று தீன் தயாள் ஸ்பார்ஷ் (SPARSH-Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby)  என்ற நாடுதழுவிய உதவித்தொகை திட்டத்தை  தொடங்கியுள்ளது.

தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பு பழக்கம் மற்றும் அதுபற்றிய ஆராய்ச்சியை ஒரு பொழுதுபோக்காக கொள்வதை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கான உதவித்தொகை வழங்கும் ஸ்பார்ஷ் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், 6-ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 9-ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவர்களில், நன்றாகப் படிப்பதுடன், தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பை ஒரு பொழுதுபோக்காகக் கொண்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு, ஆண்டுக்கு 6,000/- ரூபாய் உதவித்தொகை வழங்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்காக அனைத்து அஞ்சல் வட்டங்களிலும், போட்டித் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படவுள்ளது.

இந்த உதவித்தொகையை பெறவிரும்பும் மாணவர்கள், இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பள்ளியில் படிப்பவராக இருப்பதோடு, அந்தப் பள்ளியில் தபால்தலை சேகரிக்கும் மன்றம் இயங்குவதும், அந்த மன்றத்தில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாணவர் உறுப்பினராக இருப்பதும் அவசியம். தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பு மன்றம் இல்லாத பள்ளியில் படிக்கும் மாணவராக இருந்தால், அவர், சொந்தமாக தபால்தலை சேமிப்பு கணக்கு வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

போட்டியில் பங்கேற்கும் ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியும், தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பு முன்னோடியாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு பள்ளி அளவிலான தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பு மன்றத்தை உருவாக்க உதவி செய்யப்படுவதுடன், இளம் மற்றும் தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பில் ஆர்வமுள்ள மாணவர்கள், அதனை எவ்வாறு ஒரு பொழுதுபோக்காக தொடர வேண்டும் என்பது குறித்தும், தபால்தலை சேகரிப்பு தொடர்பான திட்டங்களில் ஈடுபடவும் உதவிகரமாக இருக்கும்.

இந்த உதவித்தொகை பெறுவதற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் அந்தந்தப் பகுதியில் அஞ்சலகங்களில் 26.07.2019-க்கு முன்பாக சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA

Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana, a Pan India Scholarship Programme Launched on 03.11.17 by our Government of India for the welfare of school children and to increase the reach of Philately.

Under the scheme of SPARSH (Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby) it is proposed to award annual scholarships to children of Standard VI to IX having good academic record and also pursuing Philately as a hobby through a competitive selection process in all postal circles. The amount of Scholarship will be Rs.6000/- per annum.

To avail this scholarship, a Child must be a student of a recognized school within India and the concerned school should have a Philately Club and the Candidate should be a member of the club, In case the school Philately Club hasn’t been established a student having his own Philately Deposit Account will also be considered.

Every prospective school, which participates in the competition, would be assigned a Philately mentor who would help in formation of the School level Philately Club providing guidance to young and aspiring Philatelists on how to pursue the hobby and also helping the aspiring Philatelists on their Philately Projects etc.

For enrolling under this Scholarship program, application form may be given at the local post office before 26.07.2019.
