தமிழக அரசின் பல்வேறு துறைகளுக்குத் தேவையான பணியாளர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்து தரும் முதன்மை அமைப்பான தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணயிளர் தேர்வாணையம் TNPSC , Objective Type- OMR Sheet முறையை பின்பற்றி தேர்வு நடத்தி வருகிறது. 
வங்கி பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவது போல், தமிழக அரசு பணிகளுக்கும் ஆன்லைன் மூலம் தேர்வு நடத்த TNPSC முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. இதற்காக தனியார் நிறுவனத்திடம் டெண்டர் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் தாமதம் இல்லாமல் உடனே வெளியிட வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது என டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி., நிர்வாகம் கருதுகிறது
