Chief Minister K Palaniswami on February 13 launched Integrated Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System under which the public may register their complaints by calling a toll-free number ‘1100’. Under the plan, the Public can also use other options, such as the web portal CMHelpline.tnega.org, e-mail cmhelpline@tn.gov.in, mobile app CMHelpline Citizen, Twitter id http://twitter.com/cmhelpline_tn, Facebook account http://www.facebook.com/CM-Helpline-TN.

2.At the request of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the Constitutional Amendment Bill was tabled by the Central Government in the Lok Sabha on February 13 to consolidate the 7 sub-sections of the Scheduled Caste and call it as Devendra Kula Vellalar. This amendment to the Constitution applies only to Tamil Nadu.

3.The 11th edition of Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav will be inaugurated on 14th February 2021 at Cooch Behar Palace at Cooch Behar in West Bengal.
‘ராஷ்டிரிய சமஸ்கிருத மஹோத்ஸவ்’-இன் 11 வது பதிப்பு பிப்ரவரி 14, 2021 ஆம் தேதி மேற்கு வங்காளத்தின் கூச் பெஹாரில் உள்ள கூச் பெஹார் அரண்மனையில் தொடங்கப்படவுள்ளது.
4.The special status for Jammu and Kashmir was revoked in August 2019. The state was divided into 2 Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. The ordinance was promulgated by President Ramnath Govind. In this context, the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill was introduced in the current session of Parliament to give legal form to this ordinance law. The bill looks to merge the Jammu and Kashmir cadre Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officers with that of Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, and Union Territory (AGMUT). The bill was passed in the Rajya Sabha on February 9, 2021. In this context, the Lok Sabha on February 13 passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2021, replacing the ordinance.
ஜம்மு காஷ்மீருக்கான சிறப்பு அந்தஸ்து கடந்த 2019-ம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டு மாதம் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது. அத்துடன் அந்த மாநிலம் ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர், லடாக் என 2 யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டது. காஷ்மீரை சேர்ந்த ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ்., ஐ.எப்.எஸ். அதிகாரிகள், யூனியன் பிரதேச அதிகாரிகளாக மாற்றப்பட்டனர். இதற்கான அவசர சட்டத்தை ஜனாதிபதி ராம்நாத் கோவிந்த் பிறப்பித்தார். இந்தநிலையில், தற்போதைய பாராளுமன்ற கூட்டத்தொடரில், இந்த அவசர சட்டத்துக்கு சட்ட வடிவம் கொடுப்பதற்காக, ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மறுசீரமைப்பு சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா கொண்டு வரப்பட்டது. இந்த மசோதா மாநிலங்களவையில் பிப்ரவரி 9ம்தேதி நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது. இந்நிலையில், மாநிலங்களவையைத் தொடர்ந்து மக்களவையிலும் ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மறுசீரமைப்பு மசோதா நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
