1.The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi addressed the opening ceremony of the International Conference on Disaster Resilient Infrastructure through a video conference.

2.India is the third-most polluted country in the world. Delhi is the most polluted capital city in the world. Thirty-seven of the forty most polluted cities in the world are in South Asia. Twenty-two of the world’s 30 most polluted cities is in India. These are the findings of the World Air Quality Report released by IQAir.
