1.The Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister O. Panneerselvam presented the interim Budget on February 23.
தமிழக அரசின் இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டை துணை முதல்வரும் நிதியமைச்சருமான ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் அவர்கள் பிப்ரவரி 23 அன்று தாக்கல் செய்தார்.
2.In the interim budget, the Deputy Chief Minister announced that the Computer Science subject will be taught to students from 6th to 10th standard.

3. Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam on February 23 announced an integrated project to restore the absorptive capacity of Pallikaranai marshland in Chennai at a tentative cost of ₹816.80 crores. The Conservation Authority of Pallikaranai Marshland was constituted in 2012 to function as the apex technical advisory body for developing and maintaining the Pallikaranai Marsh Lands in a self-sustaining manner.

4.The Madurai Airport has secured the second rank in overall passenger satisfaction among 12 airports in the country that handle more than 10 lakh passengers a year. The second round of the customer satisfaction survey was conducted between July and December 2020. Udaipur airport came first.

5.The Government of India, the Government of Nagaland, and the World Bank on February 23 signed a $68 million project to enhance the governance of schools across Nagaland as well as to improve teaching practices and learning environments in select schools.

The NUDM will create a shared digital infrastructure for urban India, working across the three pillars of people, process, and platform to provide holistic support to urban governance for cities and towns.

IUDX is an open-source software platform which facilitates the secure, authenticated, and managed exchange of data amongst various data platforms, 3rd party authenticated and authorised applications, and other sources.
