1. Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit accorded his assent to the latest amendment to the State of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium Act, 2010 will now enable Tamil medium students from the state to be recruited under 20% reservation in government services.

தமிழ்வழி பயின்றோருக்கு அரசுப் பணியில் 20 சதவீத இடஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கும் தமிழ்வழி கல்வி இடஒதுக்கீடு, 2010 (சட்டத்திருத்த) மசோதாவுக்கு ஆளுநர் பன்வாரிலால் புரோஹித் ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார்.

3. The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister has given its approval for Provision of Submarine Optical Fibre Cable Connectivity between Mainland (Kochi) and Lakshadweep Islands (KLI Project).

பிரதமர் தலைமையிலான மத்திய அமைச்சரவை கொச்சி (கேரளா) மற்றும் லட்சத்தீவு தீவுகள் இடையே நீர்மூழ்கி ஆப்டிகல் ஃபைபர் கேபிள் இணைப்பை வழங்கும் கே.எல்.ஐ திட்டத்திற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது.

 

4. The Union Cabinet has approved the proposal of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to sign Bilateral Memorandum of Understanding between India and Luxembourg.
