Tamil Nadu
- Chief Minister Edappadi K.Palaniswami has launched ‘Thee’, a mobile app for the benefit of the general public to reach out to the Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services when in need. Arrangements have been made to facilitate people to get help within 10 seconds of using the app.

- The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has issued an order under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act Blocking access to 43 more mobile apps, including major Chinese ones such as AliSuppliers, AliExpress, Alipay Cashier, CamCard and DingTalk, citing threat to national security, integrity and sovereignty. In June, the government blocked access to 59 apps. In September, another 118 apps were banned.
43 சீன செயலிகளுக்கு மத்திய அரசு தடை விதித்துள்ளது. பாதுகாப்புக் காரணங்களைச் சுட்டிக்காட்டி இந்தத் தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவை அனைத்தும் சீன செயலிகள். அவற்றில் 4 அலிபாபா குழுமத்திற்கு சொந்தமானவை. தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பச் சட்டம் 69 A-வின் கீழ் மத்திய தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப அமைச்சகம் இந்தத் தடை உத்தரவைப் பிறப்பித்துள்ளது. கடந்த ஜூன் மாதம் சீனாவைச் சேர்ந்த 59 மொபைல் செயலிகளுக்கு இந்தியாவில் தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டது. தொடர்ந்து, கடந்த செப்டம்பர் மாதம் 118 செயலிகளுக்குத் தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டன.
